Processing Time

Since every item is handmade to order, please allow:

• Ready-made collections: 2–3 business days
• Personalized products: 3–5 business days

Large custom or business orders may require additional production time.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

📦 Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, we cannot accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or an error was made during production.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
